How do I return items to Blossom Leaf Wellbeing?

Firstly you will need to email us via our contact page to inform us you would like to return an item and the reasons for doing so.

What items are returnable?

You may return Blossom Leaf items unused within 28 days of your shipment. All items must be in original condition and packaging.

Are there any charges for returning items?

Delivery cost of returning items must be paid by the customer, only what was initially paid when buying from Blossom Leaf will be refunded. Unless items are faulty in which case please get in touch to discuss further.

When will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
